Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage schedules and deadlines.
-Liaise with customers and take care of issues.
-To follow administrative procedures as communicated by the Management.
-Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
-Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
-Excellent command of Greek and English language (verbal & written).
-Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point).
-Previous experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Reliable person
-Motivated / committed & disciplined
Office working hours are 08:30 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 08:30 – 13:00.
