In Short:

To prepare mise-en-place before each service and support on preparing dishes during service hours if required by the Chef de Partie in the allocated section.

Essentials:

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the culinary field
  • Previous successful experience in similar position

Skills:

  • Basic knife skills
  • English; excellent oral and written.
  • Attention to details, speed, and accuracy.
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Familiarity with SOPs and recipes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
