In Short:
To prepare mise-en-place before each service and support on preparing dishes during service hours if required by the Chef de Partie in the allocated section.
Essentials:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the culinary field
- Previous successful experience in similar position
Skills:
- Basic knife skills
- English; excellent oral and written.
- Attention to details, speed, and accuracy.
- Multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with SOPs and recipes
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
