Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven professional to join our International Administration team. As an International Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations worldwide.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower Customer Experience Teams through regular and individual meetings while driving motivation, commitment, and target focus.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments, products, marketing promotions and the relevant terms and conditions, and communicate them over to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive competition analysis for strategic insights and generate relevant analysis and reports.
  • Ensure that high level services are provided to clients.
  • Propose and provide suggestions to improve system, procedures, and department operations.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.
  • Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary.
  • Spend significant time abroad (up to 10 months per year).

Main requirements:

  • Degree in any business-related field.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, innovative and target oriented.
  • Very good computer literacy.
