The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, driven professional to join our International Administration team. As an International Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations worldwide.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Lead, mentor, and empower Customer Experience Teams through regular and individual meetings while driving motivation, commitment, and target focus.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments, products, marketing promotions and the relevant terms and conditions, and communicate them over to clients.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive competition analysis for strategic insights and generate relevant analysis and reports.
- Ensure that high level services are provided to clients.
- Propose and provide suggestions to improve system, procedures, and department operations.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary.
- Spend significant time abroad (up to 10 months per year).
Main requirements:
- Degree in any business-related field.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, innovative and target oriented.
- Very good computer literacy.
