Company: Vizus Group, a corporate services provider and a property developer with an office in Limassol, is offering an open position of a Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company.
Plan, execute, and manage effective advertising campaigns within the specific budget.
Build and maintain professional relationships with both local and international agents to expand the company’s partner network.
Collaborate with designers in creating advertising materials, including writing clear and persuasive content for websites, brochures, catalogues, and other promotional tools.
Coordinate with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers, production companies, and other participants involved in marketing campaigns.
Conduct search engine optimization in collaboration with IT specialists using various techniques.
Review, edit, proofread, and check spelling and grammar of the texts in existing content in English and Russian.
Write press releases and news articles related to property in Cyprus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing industry (preferably, in real estate/property sector).
Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Russian (knowledge of Greek is a plus).
Strong communication skills, friendly, team-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Cyprus Work Permit.
